Update.

You know, I haven't been on here in years.  But low and behold, here my site still sits in waiting.  Patiently waiting to be updated.  So here I am updating it.  Ok, I'm not really updating it.... I'm simply posting to it.  If you want to know something about me just ask.  :)

One more post for today.  Here are my MLB All-Star picks, just to post for argument's sake.  I'm sure Jason Fry is the only one who cares.  But feel free to argue your points.  ;)   Be sure to go and vote, and rembember you can vote up to 25 times.  So vote early, and vote often.  Voting closes June 30.

*side note: i was torn deep inside about choosing Molina over Matheny, but I've gotta stick with my guys*

Rascal Flatts - Bless The Broken Road

I set out on a narrow way many years ago
Hoping I would find true love along the broken road
But I got lost a time or two
Wiped my brow and kept pushing through
I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you
Every long lost dream lead me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you

I think about the years I spent just passing through
I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there you understand
It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true

Every long lost dream lead me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you

Wow is it ever quiet around here!  The students are all gone, and it's mainly just the staff slowly meandering about cleaning, fixing, and doing whatever else it is that we do.  The cookout was fun this weekend.  I hope you all made it (I know you didn't), and for those who didn't you missed out on some awesome brats.  (no I'm not talking about brAts, but brOts.)  You know what I mean.  Anyhow, I'll post more later.  I'm gonna go try to get some work done.  Talk to ya soon!

Don't worry everyone, I'm in a much more mellow and unconfrontational mood today.  Although I'm still enjoying the popup blocker, today I get to drill germs on teeth.  WOO hoo! Well, my lovely wife is having a bday this weekend.  She's getting old you know.  A whole 23.  Wow, what a kid.  ;)  We're having a cookout/party on Saturday night which I'm totally stoked about.  I'm thinking it'll be a good one.  We're gonna eat some brats, burgers, and hotdogs, and just kick it.  Hopefully it'll be good weather. And hopefully I can get everything worked out for it between now and then.  I'm not much for planning. But I'm working on it.  As summer gets closer it's kinda sad.  All of the students heading off, to leave the campus dead and empty.  It's kinda weird.  All you OCC students don't realize how much your presence effects the look/feel of the college.  The summers around here are really...... different.  Some of you leaving..... well to be gracious it's a blessing.  Others, just down right depressing.  Some of you aren't coming back.  Which really stinks.  But life goes on.  Good luck to all of you.  And to those of you coming back, see ya on the flip side.  For EVERYONE, post now and then why don't ya.  What would it hurt?  Especially YOU JASON FRY.  You lousy slacker of a man you.  We're so much alike it's scary.  ;)  Cya'll soon. OUT!
